We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Clinical Support team.About the roleAs part of the Clinical Support team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for older Australians by:Providing clinical adviceDetermining the eligibility of a client for an Aged Care Needs AssessmentUndertaking reviews of clients' needsMaking delegate decisions as per the new Aged Care Act.What will make you successful:Commitment to ensure that older adults are treated with dignity and respect and an awareness of the impacts of ageism.Commitment to APM Values: Integrity, Customer Focus, Respect, Empathy, Achievement, Teamwork and Enthusiasm.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proactive problem-solving and self-motivation.Experience in exemplary customer service.High computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems.Team orientated with a focus on efficient service deliveryRequirementsTertiary education in a health-related discipline.
