About The Role

As part of the Clinical Support team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for older Australians by providing clinical support and determining eligibility for Aged Care Needs Assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical advice
  • Determining the eligibility of a client for an Aged Care Needs Assessment
  • Undertaking reviews of clients' needs
  • Making delegate decisions as per the new Aged Care Act

Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers)
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in Aged Care Needs Assessments
  • Experience in determining client's needs and/or service delivery in a community or health-related position
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and client management systems
  • Current Australian driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle and ability to travel as required
