The Brand Marketing Lead will deliver on a diverse range of projects including above-the-line advertising campaigns, partnerships, activations, sponsorships, content, tactical communication strategies and more.
You will work alongside a team of specialist marketers, connecting frequently to ensure the brand strategy is pulling through to all facets of the organisation.Leading and delivering campaigns across above-the-line media, digital and social media to build awareness of StakeDeveloping the strategic and commercial inputs into the annual marketing plan with Growth and Content LeadsIdentifying key initiatives and tactics that improve meaningful associations of Stake and creating long-term preference in the categoryEnsuring consistency (and distinctiveness) of the brand identity in collaboration with the Creative LeadOwning key brand health metrics and media-mix-modeling to ensure paid media is delivering on commercial outcomesBeing the lead point of contact for our external media agency to brief and develop yearly media plans for brand campaignsLiaising with other teams across the business as needed for the running of the campaigns and projects, including keeping strong lines of communication so other stakeholders are clear on what marketing's objectives are.A bit about youYou are passionate about the function of marketing and the role it plays in building a businessExtensive experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within a Fintech and/or fast-paced, dynamic industryProven track record of developing and implementing successful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, meaningful association and loyalty with a brandYou go beyond just the work, and think strategically and analytically about what marketing needs to deliver to the PnLExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong creative acumen with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing concepts taking into consideration the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practicesAbility to align marketing strategies with business goals and long-term brand visionProficiency in analysing campaign performance and deriving actionable insightsStrong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to cross-functional workKnowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends.At Stake, we're more interested in your attitude than your resume.
