Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Lead to drive our marketing strategy and deliver commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management and marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and commercial outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategy pulls through to all facets of the organisation.
Lead and deliver campaigns across above-the-line media, digital, and social media to build awareness of the company.
Identify key initiatives and tactics to improve meaningful associations and create long-term preference in the category.
Ensure consistency and distinctiveness of the brand identity in collaboration with the Creative Lead.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in brand management and marketing.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to align marketing strategies with business goals and long-term brand vision.
Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to cross-functional work.
