We are a privately owned and operated specialist transport company offering both Wet and Dry hire of the latest mine compliant trucks and commercial vehicles throughout Australia.
With our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in NSW.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, reviewing, and negotiating variations to logistics contracts, transport services, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.Responding to client and stakeholder inquiries and resolving issues or challenges related to contracts, performance or services delivered, to maintain smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.Organising and maintaining all contract-related records and documentation for company's services and contracts, maintenance activities, and associated services.Working closely with internal team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project targets and deadlines are successfully met.Providing advice and support to senior management on contract matters and implementing decisions to improve efficiency and compliance.Monitoring and overseeing variations to hire agreements or service contracts, and preparing progress updates.Preparing and reviewing reports and submissions on transport operations, contract performance, and company activities.Collecting and analysing data on projects and service outcomes to provide insights and recommendations.Assisting with office and operational support requirements, including coordinating new facilities or accommodation as needed.Required Qualification & SkillsAQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.Minimum 1-2 years' of relevant experience, preferred in the related fields but not a must.Strong contract management and negotiation skills.Problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.Effective communication and teamwork across projects.SalaryAnnual salary for this position is from $80,000 to $100,000 plus super.Full-time permanent contract.
