As the first impression of the Hotel upon arrival, you will be assisting guests with requests about the hotel facilities and local surroundings. Your role is to manage the bell desk team to ensure the team are prepared for what the day has to bring including any group arrivals, VIP movements, valet parking and luggage movement. Being able to talk to guests comfortably and managing the bell attendants movements are your two key priorities.

**About the Role**:

- Assisting guests with all queries and maintaining friendly rapport at all times
- Co-ordinate with the Front Office and Guest Services teams on group arrivals
- Be familiar with all guestrooms & suites, their location, rates & amenities; have thorough knowledge of all hotel services & facilities & their hours of operations.
- Be totally aware & informed of daily hotel functions, groups, conventions & tours; be familiar with events and attractions of Sydney

**About You**:

- Friendly and approachable personality
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team
- At least 2 years experience in a managerial customer service role (Hospitality experience desired but not essential)
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English.
- Enjoys the challenge of guest queries
