Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and follow up to ensure requests are met to their satisfaction.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations, ensuring seamless communication with guests.
  • Supply guests with information on property amenities and services, including special requests and arrangements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop ideas and procedures to improve department performance, driving results and growth.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
