Shred-X Australia is seeking a seasoned **Operations Support Manager** to play a key role in supporting national operational excellence across our fleet and processing centres.

As part of the **Freightways Group**, one of Australasia's largest logistics companies, we're entering a phase of exciting transformation — and we need someone with deep operational experience and a strong project delivery background to step into a high-impact national leadership role.

**What You'll Do**
- Support national operations with a focus on processing centre and fleet performance
- Drive safety, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement
- Lead project initiatives from planning through to execution
- Analyse operational data to inform decision-making and strategy
- Collaborate with State Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across the network

**What You Bring**
- 20+ years of experience in depot, manufacturing, and/or logistics environments
- Proven operational leadership across multiple sites or states
- Demonstrated success in delivering infrastructure or business improvement projects
- A hands-on, practical mindset — willing to dig into the detail when needed
- A calm, confident presence with the ability to guide teams through change
