We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our Group People & Culture crew as a People Analytics Extraordinaire.

In this role, you'll be the maestro of metrics, working closely with our Group Manager - HRIS to orchestrate our national people analytics program.

- Commanding the People Intelligence QlikSense App like a pro
- Crafting a roadmap to people analytics success and delivering it with finesse
- Establishing the rules of the data game with clear definitions and guidelines
- Collaborating with our top-tier business stakeholders to decode their needs and transform them into actionable insights.
- Keeping our data ship steady by always ensuring quality and accuracy
- Documenting like a boss to help shape the future of People Domain for Master Data Management
- Sharing your wisdom through functional training sessions for our key stakeholders
- Serving up reports that make waves from the frontline to the executive suite.

**Here's what you'll bring to the table**:

- A proven track record in the realm of people analytics
- A degree in a quantitative field (bonus points if it's in economics, mathematics, or finance) or a solid background in Mathematics or Statistics
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL
- A deep dive into people processes with a knack for understanding the intricacies.
- Stellar documentation skills to bring technical data diagrams and reporting specs to life.
- Familiarity with data modelling concepts that make data dance.
- Experience or knowledge in QlikSense development will earn you brownie points
- A burning curiosity for data and a relentless drive to uncover its secrets.
- Comfort with ETL processes and data integration concepts.
- Sharp analytical skills coupled with problem-solving prowess.
