Marketing Insights Manager

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to lead our market-leading Insights team focused on uplifting Marketing Analytics and searching for innovative professionals.

You will work with insights analysts, econometricians, and data scientists to deliver insights on marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.

This is an opportunity to work amongst talented specialists across various analytical projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful data-driven recommendations on a wide range of requests in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Develop articulate information packs that are easily digestible by non-technical audiences.
  • Manage MMM outputs and recommendations across the department to inform decision-making processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop alternative marketing plans based on econometric modelling findings.
  • Work alongside the Econometrics team to enhance and develop MMM models.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting results and translating them into business recommendations.
  • Leadership experience in a Marketing Analytics department.
  • Understanding of Market Mix Modelling principles & techniques and experience in utilising MMM outputs.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Technical experience in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or any other statistical package.
