Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Team Lead to lead our analytics efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and optimizing advanced analytics and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and prioritize analytics use cases.
  • Develop predictive models for segmentation, propensity scoring, and life event prediction.
  • Build real-time models for personalization and content actions.
  • Operationalize models in partnership with data, IT, and marketing teams.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI platforms and model development.
  • Forecast media impact on commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and translate complex data insights into actionable visualizations for stakeholders.
