About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Administrator to join our team. You will use your extensive administration and customer service experience to ensure achievement of our customers' service requirements.
You will have good communication skills and must be prepared to work as part of a committed team who are focused on fulfilling the business needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Control of the area's activities agenda, word processing, documents filing, office supplies, and preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for presentations.
- Conducts day-to-day administrative operations to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Enters data and conducts records management tasks to maintain accurate data.
- May work to identify if and where processes are not working and make applicable recommendations for change.
As a minimum you must have:
- Excellent phone manner.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Competent working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
