An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Diploma Educators **to join the team and encourage our little one's true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Symonston, Genius **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
We're ideally situated for families in Symonston, Crestwood, Narrabundah, Fyshwick and Harman area. Your new centre has an engaging large outdoor playground and natural play space, each of our environments and brand-new resources is well designed to foster and enhance children's learning and development.

**Your new role**:

- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.
- Work with a team who value being connected to their local community, team spirit, and having fun.

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
