Guardian Early Learning Group believes in the importance of early childhood education. Our educators are passionate about providing a supportive and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

We are seeking a qualified Diploma Educator to join our team at Allara Street Early Learning Centre in Canberra. As an educator with Guardian, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Australia's children.

You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where everyone is committed to supporting each other in their professional journey. Our centre offers a range of exciting resources, including herb and vegetable gardens, water play areas, and Indigenous totem poles.

The ideal candidate will have a completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards), prior experience in long day-care, and a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
