This engagement seeks the provision of the following:
- Level 2 Support of all Resources deployed within the resource groups of interest (responsibility to be determined in conjunction with Corporation Engineering Team) to include:
- Creation, monitoring and investigation and resolution of alerts relating to the ongoing proper performance of the Platform, including creation of appropriate items in Service Now.
- Creation, administration and decommissioning of both Resource Groups and individual resources.
- Submission, management and co-ordination of any requests requiring Level 3 support;
- Performance and cost optimisation.
- Support of all Factory Resources deployed within the relevant Data Factory (V2) instances (e.g., Pipelines, Datasets, Flows, Queries, etc.) to include:
- Creation, monitoring and investigation of alerts relating to the ongoing proper performance of the Platform Resources, including creation od appropriate items in Service Now.
- Administration of Factory Resources in relation to their function (e.g., On/off, execution times etc.)
- Performance and cost optimisation.
- Creation of any materials relevant to support the actions outlined in scope items 1 and 2.
**Job Type**: Subcontract
**Salary**: $600.00 per day
