Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Data Platform Support Specialist to provide expert support for our cloud-based data platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in level 2 support, resource group management, and factory resource administration. They will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and investigating alerts related to the proper performance of the platform, as well as creating and administering factory resources.

We are looking for someone who can optimize performance and cost while ensuring the smooth operation of our data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 2 support of all resources deployed within the resource groups of interest
  • Creation, monitoring, and investigation of alerts relating to the ongoing proper performance of the platform
  • Administration of factory resources in relation to their function
  • Performance and cost optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in level 2 support and resource group management
  • Strong understanding of factory resource administration and performance optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
