This opportunity is for an experienced Import Operator (both Air & Ocean) who is wanting to step into a organisation that is experiencing exponential growth

Our client boasts an impressive induction and internal training and development programs as well as the opportunity to move internally as opportunities arise within this reputable International Freight Forwarder.

The focus of the role will be working within an experienced import team who take pride in their knowledge and professional services they provide to both internal and external clients. Your ability to confidently manage a comprehensive shipment portfolio will be key to securing this position.

**Focus of the role**:

- Process import bookings ensuring attention to detail is maintained at all times
- Input data into relevant systems and ensure data integrity is maintained
- Ensure each step within every job is carefully processed accurately and within required timeframes including but not limited to documentation
- Manage invoicing and prepare various reports as directed
- Maintain high quality customer service in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales team, account holders and internal staff to ensure client requirements are met
- Work closely with team members on a daily basis and provide back up support to each other to manage seasonal volumes

**Location: Banksmeadow / WFH Hybrid Policy**
