**In addition to this, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing a central coordination point for advanced clinical informatics in relation to statewide digital healthcare including:

- Lead the management, assessment, governance and maintenance of clinical content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, implement, review and improve standardised clinical workflows
- Undertake clinical validation and testing of major changes (technical or clinical workflow impacts)
- Support (and at times lead) incident management responses to statewide digital and non-digital incidents
- Lead, coordinate and support key digital working groups and associated change activities
- Rapidly coordinate and resolve issues that impact on patient care.

Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will have experience in advanced problem-solving and expert clinical judgement in relation to clinical informatics and clinical workflow design, and demonstrated advanced specialist knowledge, experience and clinical skills in one or more clinical informatic specialities.
Furthermore, you will have the ability to develop high-level communication skills to align OCCIO's clinical informatics team and influence culture as well as the ability to lead digital quality service improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes within digital Hospital and Health Services.
