We are looking to add another experienced Lead Educator to our team, and a Casual Educator looking for a flexible role. Roles we are offering:

- Casual Educator
- Lead Educator

Essential Qualifications
- For The Casual Educator role: Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
- For the Lead Educator role: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
- First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
- Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.
- Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting (Lead Educator role).
- Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs can thrive and learn.
- Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.
