Educational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Centre Leadership team as an Educational Leader. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a range of benefits, including the chance to lead the development and implementation of teaching programs and practice.

As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in collaborating with other education professionals, children, and families to challenge, inspire, mentor, and lead the improvement of our educational programs and practice.

This role provides opportunities for ongoing professional development and learning through exceptional coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities. You will also have the chance to work in high-quality, well-resourced environments where you can lead programming and collaborate on resourcing decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the curriculum, supporting educators to ensure that each child participates in the educational program, and establishing clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all educators.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA or Diploma (with programming/planning experience)
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)

You will also be required to possess knowledge regarding NQS/Programming/Planning cycle and hold a valid Working with Children's Check (VIC).
