**The Role**
As the Acquisition Sales Manager, you'll be accountable for driving new customer wins across priority industries within the mid market >20 employees' space, focused on our ERP, PR, WFM solutions. You will lead a new business team through their sales cycles with a mixture of coaching, mentoring and development to achieve your teams' sales targets'
Key to your success will be your ability to understand and articulate sales targets and forecasts, motivating your team and understanding & nurturing complex business relationships.
**Key Objectives**
- Inspire the team to help businesses start, survive, and succeed, managing relationships with Enterprise customers.
- Build annual and quarterly sales initiatives plan to deliver your territories sales results and further accelerate the growth and development of the team to harness market potential
- Assist your team to tailor solutions and address customer challenges, demonstrating how MYOB products can streamline, simplify, and automate workflows creating value
- Ensure robust operating rhythms exists on sales management such as forecasting, pipeline management, territory management, measurement of sales and revenue by channel and by product and build consistency of positioning.
- Assist your team to co-sell top opportunities focusing on qualification, needs analysis and negotiation tactics.
**What you will bring**
- Experienced Sales Manager with proven track record in complex B2B sales and the ability to build a robust sales team
- A background working within a global software / SaaS vendor
- Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas and acquiring new customers
- Experience in ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management and or Financial Services solution selling
- Working knowledge in the accounting (professional services), manufacturing or wholesale industry is desirable
- Experience with long 90 - 180-day sales cycles
- Value based and Solution selling expertise
