We have an opportunity for of an exceptional **National Marketing Manager **to lead and drive the marketing activities for commercial assets and our Build to Rent development nationally. This parental leave contract is for 9 months starting as soon as possible.
Partner with us and use your analytical and creative skills to develop and implement marketing strategies, while identifying key target audiences and optimal market positioning for our assets, creating design briefs, workflow, and managing relationships with key external marketing consultants.
Your pro-active project management skills and 'hands on' approach will see you managing your project to budget, meeting deadlines, and ensuing that ongoing change is anticipated, managed, and proactively communicated.
**Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- In conjunction with the General Manager - Marketing & Communications, develop and implement the internal and external marketing communications strategy that supports the positioning of our Build to Rent platform
- Manage brand consistency, alignment, and synergies across all touch points nationally for the BTR development
- Develop and implement digital, video, content and social media and SEO/SEM strategies
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for leasing targets and objectives
- Assist i generating asset leasing enquiries through the delivery of effective marketing initiatives through digital lead generation and brand building campaigns, print and online media advertising, collateral, direct marketing, web and events
- Support the development of media releases and media liaison. Track and report on coverage.
- Develop and manage the implementation of the digital marketing strategy. Track and report on progress.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or related discipline
**Experience and Skills**
- 6+ years marketing and brand management experience in a customer-centric environment
- Experience in the Property sector and/or residential property sector highly desirable
- Extensive experience with the development of large national brand strategies and initiatives
- Extensive experience in developing integrated marketing communications that include traditional media, digital, search, social and content marketing, publicity, and events, ideally for business brands as well as for property
