KI Group are seeking experienced **Document Controllers **for our client based in Perth CBD for a 6 month contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards throughout Project execution
- Assist in developing and conveying the unique safety culture of the Plant, with the new systems developed, to contractors and vendors
- Liaise with the Corporate Project Systems Training Manager to ensure that corporate administration policies and standards, relevant directives and lessons learned are being considered in the design
- Work collaboratively with both the Project team and discipline leads
- Schedule meetings/workshops and assist with quality assurance audits
- Implement the chosen document management system (DMS).
- Create and update the filing structure
- Creating the document naming convention
- Creating and update the relevant project administration templates and register's
- Previous experience as a document controller
- Reliable transport and good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

**Experience**:

- document control: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
