**Technical Response Team Leader**

**Mechanical Fitter**

TRS Resourcing is sourcing and screening for suitable and experienced Technical Response Team Leaders for our client, who is well-known in the equipment hire industry. The responsibilities include overseeing raoid technical response jobs for equipment and attachments.

With a very healthy new and repeat business pipeline, they need to increase their workforce. This is a full-time permanent position with plenty of overtime

**To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Coordinating and controlling technical response team jobs
- Repair and maintenance of engine assemblies, transmissions, hydraulics, and other machine-based components
- Diagnose issues and resolve breakdowns and repairs
- Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
- Maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to any breach of health and safety standards
- Hold a mechanical aptitude

To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following:

- Reference contact details of two past employers
- Based already in Melbourne Victoria
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Qualified Heavy Plant Mechanic
- Valid white card
