About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a six-month fixed-term position for an experienced people leader to join and lead the Sales Operations team.
The Sales Operations team have a variety of different responsibilities including:
- Management of the external sales channels onboarding function in addition to ongoing support for these parties
- Sales fulfilment reporting, analysis of trends and implementing improvements
- Coordinating system enhancements & processes (API/SAP) in relation to pipeline and on-boarding
- Managing the Sales incentive budget, forecasting, PO's, invoicing and reconciliation processes and associated reporting
- Reporting on cost measures for in channel performance
The Channel Operations Manager is responsible for providing clear leadership, direction and support to the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Contributing to the Sales, Growth & Transformation (SG&T) extended leadership team
- Leading the sales operations strategy within SG&T
- Manage and inspire three direct reports and six indirect reports
- On board new channels and create seamless operational processes
- Identify, escalate and investigate discrepancies in monthly spend
- Identify ongoing continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure payment deadlines are met for stakeholders and correct processes are followed for invoice processing
- Management of third-party vendor reconciliation processes, ensuring on time and accurate reconciliation of monthly sales incentives
About You
We are looking for a strong people leader who is hands on and can step in when required to assist the team; can do it all, from cost management to data washing and a whole lot in-between.
