Grow your career as a Medical Receptionist with GenesisCare Wesley and let your compassionate nature shine through. This is a full-time role, based in our Wesley Hospital Oncology Clinic - a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to expand their skillset further.

In this patient-facing role, you will be responsible for assisting Radiation Oncologists with all administrative tasks, including managing their daily clinic schedule, booking patient appointments and gathering required results. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a desire to help others.

The Day-to-Day:
- Work in a fast-paced administrative environment, where patient care remains the top priority.- Act as the first point of contact to patients and referring doctors - both face-to-face and over the phone.- Manage the daily clinic schedules of two Radiation Oncologists, including booking and billing consultations.- Collate and manage patient records, including accurate data entry and filing.- Work closely with other GenesisCare departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.- Experience in medical administration and reception.- Demonstrated strong time-management and organisational skills.- A collaborative and flexible approach, willing to adapt as competing priorities arise.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of patients, staff and referring practices.-- Previous knowledge and experience with Medicare and clinical administration systems such as EMDAT, MOSAIQ and PBRC are highly desirable.
