**About the Role**

Reporting to the Patient Account Services Team Leader, this role provides high quality, accurate and efficient accounts and administration services to Jones Radiology's external stakeholders, and internal clerical and technical staff.

As part of the Patient Account Services team, this role:

- provides a high standard of customer service to patients and referrers
- builds strong and cooperative relationships with referrers and third-party bill payers
- answers the main enquiry phone number for Jones Radiology
- processes daily post, receipting and bank statement reconciliation
- maintains patient files in a timely and confidential manner
- ensures aged debtors are followed-up regularly in a professional manner

This integral role enables Jones Radiology to deliver expectational, high-quality services to patients, referrers and third-party bill payers by providing professional, caring, and friendly customer support.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Understanding of and ability to provide excellent patient care
- Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent attention to detail, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of medical imaging terminology and procedures
