We are one of Sydney's top artisan bakeries with an award winning flagship café located in Chippendale serving some of the best pastries, cakes and bread in Sydney with another retail outlet soon to open.

Located at our bakery premises in Marrickville, the pastry section produces for both our retail and wholesale customers.

We are currently seeking a MORNING BAKING & PACKING ASSISTANT who will be an integral part of our production team whilst supporting our head pastry chef and management team to assist the team and maintain consistency in beautiful, artisan products. Ideal entry level position for pastry or commercial cookery student looking for on the job experience.

This role reports directly to the Pastry Section Supervisor and is ideal for a self-starter

**Details about the role**:

- 4am starts
- 8 hour shifts
- 3 shifts per week

**Payrate**:

- 28.26 weekdays
- 33.92 weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
