**Baking floor supervisor**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of Sydney's premier bakeries as a floor supervisor. Be part of Bourke street bakery and help to grow and innovate our bread range.

**About the role**

This is a full time role, mainly day shifts, including weekend work. The position is located within our Banksmeadow production facility, helping to manage a team of up to 5 bakers to produce sourdough, baguettes, muffins and sandwiches to be sent to our stores daily. This is a hands on role that will involve baking, mixing, shaping and packing. Organization is of upmost importance for this position, as you will be directing junior staff and leading by example.

**About you**

A skilled baking professional, with 3+ years of experience, you care about the product you create and are able to work within time and quality constraints. You are a good communicator and you possess a positive attitude, a can-do work ethic, and are able to lead a team of skilled workers. You have a strong attention to detail as well as problem solving skills. You understand workplace OH&S and champion an inclusive work culture.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
