What Your Day Will Look Like
Attending open inspections and auctions
Providing advice and service to the client
Prospecting, listing and selling property
Exceptional client service and management
Attending appraisals and delivering settlement gifts/sold stickers

Who You Are
Minimum of 1 years' experience in real estate (essential)
A current Real Estate License- Certificate IV in property services
Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property
