Property Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for assessing and validating property claims, coordinating with suppliers, and managing settlements.

Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that claims are processed fairly and efficiently. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the claims process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent decision-making skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and validate property claims
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage settlements and resolve disputes
  • Develop and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., insurance, business, law)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property claims or a related field
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
