We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator who is passionate and committed to playing a critical leadership role at our beautiful bright, and open early learning centre in Sunbury. This role will be with the 2-3 year old team.

Requirements of the role include:

- A completed Diploma in Child Services (or above)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Proven ability to provide high-quality, innovative programs
- A calm and nurturing nature and a commitment to best practice
- Extensive, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
