Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to help define and build an exciting new category in business software. Your mission will be to grow our business by bringing new features to market through crisp, compelling launch strategies, while crafting clear positioning and messaging that connects with our target audience.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, this role works within the marketing team, and will help build the product marketing function at Qwilr. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing start-up that's revolutionising a huge global market.
You'll be joining a highly collaborative marketing team, that has deep connections with cross-functional partners in product management, sales, customer success, product education, design, and engineering.

**What you'll do**
- Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—Product managers, Sales, Design, Marketing, and Engineering—to **develop go-to-market strategies** and drive launches for our features.
- Own the **self-service onboarding experience** for Qwilr, in partnership with a product manager.
- Develop compelling **product positioning and messaging** informed by user research, market insights, and product expertise.
- Work with Design and Marketing to **create world class Sales collateral** using our own product, including internal enablement to equip our Sales team to sell better.
- Partner and assist Product Education to **drive an internal education program** to educate Sales on new features we're taking to market, and how to sell them.
- Contribute to the Qwilr website with **regular product content** as required, in collaboration with Content Marketing and Brand Design.
- Work in partnership with Content Marketing and Demand Generation to help **coordinate quarterly campaign themes** that create demand for Qwilr's product.
- Support our global Sales team with **user and market insights** to help them position against competitors and sell Qwilr's value to prospects.
- **Talk regularly to users and prospects**, produce compelling case studies and testimonials to highlight Qwilr's benefits.
- In collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead, you'll continue to help **refine our positioning and messaging**, helping Qwilr carve out a category and cut through the noise of the Sales Tech market.
- Work with Business Operations and Product teams to **analyse product usage data and surface insights** that strengthen our messaging and positioning.
- Assist with building and enhancing the Product Marketing function in collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead to **elevate and refine the craft of PMM**.

**About you**
- You have **2+ years experience** in product marketing for B2B software companies (if you're more senior, please also apply)
- You're experienced in **creating launch plans, driving campaigns, developing messaging and go-to market initiatives**.
- You're a **data-driven thinker**, skilled in working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- You **l-o-v-e to learn**, improve, iterate, and continually work to do better.
- You've collaborated closely with Sales teams and have a demonstrated **track record of helping drive business growth** through effective sales enablement, education, and training.
- You have incredible **organisational skills** and attention to detail.
