The Opportunity

Reporting to the Student Financial Services Manager, you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students.

About the role

On a typical day in this role you will responsible for the following areas:
- Review and process Academic Processes workflows relating to discounts, special circumstances, refunds and admin changes in line with policies.- Assist with debt collection tasks by reviewing students who have been issued an Intention to report/cancel notice. Checking the accuracy of any outstanding account balance and only approving the student for cancelation if the balance is accurate and all other attempts to collect the outstanding fees have been made.- Ensure Academic processes are raised accurately and provide training and support where necessary to student support team to ensure quality and compliant transactions.- Assist in overview and high-level administration and control of payment plans.- Prepare SOX reporting for the Student Finance Manager and Director of CX as required.- Undertake financial checks as / when required.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide.

Who are you?

To be successful in this position you will have:
- Education industry experience preferred- Highly proficient in Excel- Attention to detail- Excellent self-directed time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.- Skills in student or customer services and engagement in education or related sector.- The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, functioning across multiple systems, sites with peak periods predicting workflow.
