We are looking for a finance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely advice on student fees and general enquiries.

About the Role

The role of finance adviser plays a key part in ensuring all students receive the support they need. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing finance functions related to student fees with precision and efficiency
  • Delivering high-quality advice and information to students
  • Liaising with other departments regarding student enrolment, leave, transfers and refunds
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance student satisfaction
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced computer skills and experience working with various systems and applications
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail

You will also need to possess a valid Working with Children Check.
