Reporting to Student Adviser Team Lead, this role is responsible for providing information and resolving issues in relation to student fees and general enquiries.
About the role The Student Finance Adviser plays a key role in the provision of outstanding service through phone, email and face-to-face interactions with stakeholders; ensuring all students are supported with accurate advice and information relevant to all transactions related to studying at UTS College.
