We are looking for an enthusiastic customer focused CHSP Administration Officer to join and support our friendly CHSP Team based in Lewisham. As part of the wider Home & Community Services business, you will be responsible for monitoring the My Aged Care Portal to enable seamless onboarding client journey.

Working autonomously in a team environment, your exceptional communication skills coupled with your strong administration and coordination skills, will assist in your success.
- Your days will primarily include;_
- Administrative support to CHSP Team
- My Aged Care Portal monitoring and management
- Communicating program information, offers, changes and events to clients
- Updating and maintaining client files
- Data entry and ad hoc admin tasks
- To be successful in this role you will ideally have;_
- A confident and caring approach to call and communicate with new and existing clients
- Have well developed time management skills
- A strong client focus and a passion for quality customer service
- Ability to adhere to compliance guidelines
- Computer literacy is essential
- High level of attention to detail & well-developed communication & interpersonal skills
- Evidence of COVID19 vaccinations prior to commencement.
