**The Role**

As a CHSP Coordinator you will provide clients their families, NOK and or advocates with information SCC and schedule assessments and respond promptly to all enquiries about the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). You will also provide an efficient intake experience for prospective clients and deliver an excellent customer service with the aim to grow our client base and promote our services.

You will ensure all documentation is received and processed accurately within our CRM system. Your day will mostly be on the phone managing client queries but also working with internal teams to ensure we meet our clients individual care goals.

You will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, client issues and finding solutions to unexpected challenges that arise.

**This is a permanent full-time role. Monday-Friday based at our Thornton Home Care Office in Sydney.**
- Ideally, you will have experience working in aged care, homecare or community services industry.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and confidence in using computer systems
- Previous customer service and service coordination experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, particularly over the phone.
- A professional, friendly and clear phone manner.
- A positive problem-solver with a passion for helping people.
- Able to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
