**What's the role?**:
As a Hilti Store Representative you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the store as well as provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations.
This is not an ordinary retail sales job, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value. The role is fast-paced and KPI driven yet also rewarding as you will play an active role in strengthening our partnerships with our customers.

**What does the role involve?**:
The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
Scope: Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells.
