Urban Renters Agent is a boutique and emerging agency providing an end to end service to renters that are moving within or relocating to
Brisbane. Our team is made up of experienced property managers who are licensed real estate agents and we are seeking a full time or part time agent for our Brisbane office.

This role is most suited to a Brisbane local - an experienced Property Manager that would like a role reversal - to apply their knowledge and experience to helping the renter navigate the rental process and secure a suitable property. We only specialise in the initial relocation - we do not advocate for the renter throughout the lease term.

The most rewarding part of this role is demonstrating your knowledge of property management together with your
understanding of the
Brisbane rental market. This role would suit someone that is interested in property, the lifestyle aspect of different locations and in particular food, health and fitness, schooling and transport.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating daily with both clients and real estate agents in the search for suitable rental properties
  • Inspecting properties with the view to capturing detail that is relevant to the decision making process for the client
  • Verifying Tenancy Applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to complete a Condition Report - this includes good attention to detail
  • Interpreting and understanding the renters requirements and applying these to both online and off-market searches and physical property inspections
  • Knowledge of Brisbane, its regions and a fair understanding of market rents in each area
  • Confidence and the ability to build your own network of agents that will assist you representing our clients

Qualifications

You must hold a current real estate licence and drivers licence. Preferred minimum 5 years experience as a property manager.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount to success in this job and as with most Real Estate roles, Saturday work is a requirement. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
