**About the role**
Join our Operations team as a Forecast Analyst to ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency. You'll analyse historical data, demand trends, and business variables to create accurate forecasts that support workforce planning, scheduling, and service level achievement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain forecasting models.
- Analyse trends in job distribution and resource availability.
- Collaborate with the Assistance frontline operations team.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Continuously refine forecasting processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
People:
- Work collaboratively with others, reflecting RACQ values.
- Partner with Operations team leaders to align forecasts with real-time demand.
- Communicate insights effectively to leadership teams.
Process:
- Utilise forecasting tools and software.
- Ensure alignment with business KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain group-workforce management systems.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and forecasting analyses.
**About you**
- Data Analysis & Business Intelligence / Workforce Management & Analytics.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Highly skilled in data analysis.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
