Saint Ignatius' College Riverview is a Catholic boys' school in the Jesuit tradition. Located on picturesque grounds in Lane Cove, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education for day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.

We are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to support the Rector in a part time ongoing position (term time only) starting Term 1, 2025. The Administration Assistant will be guided by the College Mission and Strategic Directions and will liaise with the Rector, and other key stakeholders to provide administrative assistance and create responsive solutions to the issues at hand. While directly reporting to the Rector, the Administration Assistant will also support the Year 9 Challenge Coordinator with administrative tasks, as required.

The successful applicant will have:

- two years related experience with proven office administration and customer service skills.
- high levels of computer literacy and skills including electronic communication strategies.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills.
- a proactive approach demonstrating personal initiative, adaptability and time management skills.
- the ability to multi-task and set priorities with attention to detail.
- the ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
- the capacity to operate with discretion, respect, trust and discernment while also maintaining confidentiality.
- other duties as directed by the Rector.
- a current Working with Children Check (or be prepared to obtain one prior to commencement) and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people.
