Support Role in Education

We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to support the Rector in a term-time only position. The successful candidate will be guided by the College Mission and Strategic Directions, providing administrative assistance and creating responsive solutions.

The role involves liaising with the Rector and other key stakeholders, as well as supporting the Year 9 Challenge Coordinator with administrative tasks.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and is looking to make a positive difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Rector and other key stakeholders.
  • Assisting the Year 9 Challenge Coordinator with administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with teachers, staff, and students to provide effective support.
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in office administration or a related field.
  • High levels of computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • The capacity to operate with discretion, respect, trust, and discernment while maintaining confidentiality.
