The Opportunity
As a Sales Performance Analyst, you'll be a key player in our Commercial Performance team, delivering actionable insights through data reporting, visualisation, and analysis.
You'll manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles, while diving deep into KPIs and business questions to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll be doing?
Design and deliver accurate reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Maintain data integrity across core systems.
Lead ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value.
Present insights clearly to all levels of the organisation.
What's in your toolkit?
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
A continuous improvement mindset, commitment to ongoing growth and development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Power BI experience or certification.
(3 years+ experience preferred)
Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Business Analysis or Finance qualification.
FMCG experience preferred
