
Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our amaZing team in Sydney
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead in the generation, distribution and tracking sales performance & analysis
- Compiles and distributes sales reports.
- Works closely with AOs and capacity team.
- Reports and monitors AOs activities i.e. New and lost accounts
- Updates sales target from BU.
- Prepares various sales and marketing reports.
- Monitors Ebooking usage analysis.
- Assist CS/Sales on the registration and development of E-Booking.
- Liaise with MCU team to investigate whenever there is any rate dispute.
- Implements sales tools. Supports marketing manager in developing and implementing marketing strategy-based market analysis.
- Provide statistical analysis basis to assist in reporting and performance monitoring.
- Undertake special projects as required.
- Monitor KPI performance with the CSM.
- Assist in the preparation of National and Regional sales budgets and sales plans.
- In conjunction with the CSM, analyse and distribute to key stakeholders, the weekly and monthly Key performance indicators of the Sales department.
- As requested, provide analytical reporting to the CSM and Country Managing Director.
- Assist, supporter and monitor sales performance on ecommerce platforms eZquote and eZim
- In conjunction with the CSM, coordinate responses from the regional and HO sales management in response to various trade studies as required on an ad-hoc basis
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' working experience as sales analyst.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Marketing roles, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry
- Logical and analytical thinker.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to plan and co-ordinate workflows and performance effectively and without supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
