White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.Due to internal progression we are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our growing team.
This role will be working directly with our Social Media Coordinator.
You will be assisting with the scheduling of all of our social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube & Twitter.Main Responsibilities:Schedule content across all social media channels ensuring content represents the White Fox brandSupport the development and maintenance of our social media marketing calendarDaily monitoring of tagged content and community engagement across social platforms, including responding to creator & customer mentionsSupport in the creation of captions and copy for social posts that reflect our brand voiceAssist with trend spotting, keeping an eye on what's performing across platforms and flagging relevant opportunitiesAssist in compiling performance reports and pulling basic insights to inform the broader content strategyHelp with basic video editing, caption writing, and uploading content across platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok)Assist the team with stock management for social shootsA creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideasPassionate about social media and fashionHighly motivated with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenConfident writing engaging captions that reflect White Fox tone of voiceAbility to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast paced environmentThis role is not a typical 9-5 & you will need flexibility to work outside "standard" hoursAwareness of current social media trends and an eye for what content will engage our audienceA positive attitude and initiativeOpportunity for growth within the social teamFun and supportive team cultureGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discountsFun events throughout the yearFull Access to our in office White Fox Active GymWorking with one of Australia's fastest growing fashion companies
