Are you a creative, organised, and proactive social media lover ready to join a fast-paced marketing agency? **Expose Me Marketing** is on the hunt for a **Social Media Assistant** to join our team full-time

We're a dynamic, full-scope marketing agency that works across dozens of industries, helping brands grow through creative and performance-driven campaigns. We're looking for someone with **at least 1 year of hands-on experience** in managing or assisting with social media for brands.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Supporting the Social Media Manager with content planning, creation, and scheduling
- Writing engaging and on-brand captions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Helping coordinate content shoots and sourcing relevant UGC or trending content
- Uploading content to scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Loomly)
- Assisting in reporting and tracking post performance, engagement, and growth
- Staying on top of trends and suggesting new ideas to keep our clients ahead of the curve

**About You**:

- You have **1+ year experience** in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience = a bonus)
- You have strong writing skills and an eye for aesthetics
- You're confident working across multiple brands at once
- You understand social media platforms and what makes content perform
- You're organised, reliable, and love working in a team
- You're keen to grow and learn within a supportive, high-energy team environment

Pay: From $53,993.54 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
