Our client is the Federal Government Authority responsible for the regulation and safety oversight of Australia's shipping fleet and management of Australia's international maritime obligations.

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join them on an initial 6-month contract, with a 6-month extension option.

You will be a part of a tight-knit agile project team engaged in providing data capabilities and services to technical and business stakeholders along with being responsible for program governance and assisting numerous project managers with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.

You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting the execution of projects
- Proven administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in preparing written correspondence and reports
- Proven ability to communicate succinctly and clearly at all levels within an organisation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to a variety of competing tasks
- Work collaboratively and effectively in a small, dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated success working in a tight-knit agile project team engaged in providing data capabilities and services to technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and executing ICT/Data projects using agile methodology, and/or demonstrated ability to develop business cases for ICT/Data projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business solutions within agreed time, cost, and quality expectations.
