Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple IT-focused projects.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to drive project outcomes
  • Plan, execute and monitor project tasks independently
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for diverse audiences
  • Undertake administrative and coordination duties in accordance with project methodology
  • Utilize databases to inform reporting, monitoring and evaluation efforts
  • Respond to student and provider inquiries, draft correspondence and executive briefings

This hands-on position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of a Project Manager to achieve project objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience coordinating projects and tracking progress
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work flexibly
  • Capacity to make sound decisions with autonomy for moderately complex tasks
  • Experience supervising staff and managing team workflow
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
