Project Coordinator Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling projects across multiple teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining schedules, as well as identifying potential risks and issues related to project timelines.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project progress and milestones are met through effective scheduling and forecasting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a challenging and rewarding role in project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple projects.
- Assist in revising and updating the Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) according to industry standards.
- Prepare schedule reports, including cartoon schedules, for estimates and reporting meetings.
- Identify potential risks, issues and opportunities related to project schedules.
- Mentor project management personnel in using current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated competence and experience in using the Open Plan Professional (OPP) tool.
- Experience developing, maintaining and reporting schedules.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet demanding milestones.
